I am a graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, with a specialization in early childhood. I have over 15 years of teaching and tutoring experience with strong computer skills. Additionally, I have over 20 years graphic design experience and am knowledgeable in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. I tutor all subjects for young learners and I am especially passionate about elementary reading and math. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge about graphic design with learners of all ages. I strive to help my students overcome the challenges they face in learning. I have the ability to make meaningful connections with a diverse student population and I want to ensure that all of my students are lifelong learners. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my two retired racing greyhounds.
