As a professional global diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) leader with a rich background in working in various industries and locations, I'd like to help you pass your SHRM-Certified Professional Exam. As an HR professional with almost 15 years of experience, I was able to apply my experiences to answer the questions on the exam along with the SHRM 2021 learning system books. I passed my exam in July 2021 and worked with a tutor to achieve this. I received my undergraduate from Colby College in Maine and my Master of Human Resources Development from Villanova with a focus on Organizational Development. Hobbies

When not tutoring, I enjoy being outdoors from biking to hiking to skiing, and I also enjoy cooking and experimenting in the kitchen. While I'm not a fan of doing dishes or housework, I manage to accomplish these mundane tasks while watching a movie or tv show. Of course these programs are generally fairly light and easy to follow should I get distracted from my cleaning, thus they are often action or comedy themed.
