As someone who self-prepared for the GRE and the LSAT while handling a full-time job, I understand the importance of being focused and efficient in test preparation. To me, it means keeping a positive mindset and finding a study strategy that is tailored to your strengths and weaknesses as a test taker.
I teach the GRE, LSAT, and application essay writing. My scores were 169 for GRE verbal, 168 for GRE quantitative, and 175 for LSAT. My application essays have led to admission to Columbia University for JD, Yale University for Master's, and Georgetown University for Bachelor's. I will be attending Columbia Law in Fall 2022 and hope to focus on international trade.
My teaching experience includes serving as a teaching assistant for undergraduate students at Yale University and tutoring English to immigrants. At work, I serve as a manager and mentor, training newly hired employees and providing individualized feedback on their work deliverables.
I believe that once you have built a strong foundation in a subject area, a little tweak to your study method can go a long way. Through interactive discussions, we will strategize and practice how to avoid traps in questions, build confidence and precision to increase speed, or come up with a unique and compelling story that only you can tell to the admissions committee. I look forward to working with you to achieve the great outcome that you deserve!
