I have a BA in Film and Media Arts and am currently pursuing an M.Ed. in Advanced Teaching. I have 10 years of experience in education and have worn many hats. I am skilled in social-emotional learning and take a student-centered approach to meet the individual needs and goals of every student.

I am experienced in tutoring English at all levels, from English Language Learners to professionals looking to improve their writing skills. I have tutored K-12 students in reading, writing, and literacy skills and have taught English to students in China via an online platform. I recently spent two years managing an afterschool program where I assisted students in increasing their achievement rates in English Language Arts.
