I am a student at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and have taught in several different capacities for about three years now. Most recently, I was an ESL teacher in Orem, Utah. I tutor Spanish, ESL, English, and the LSAT. I love to teach because I enjoy connecting with students and helping them reach their goals. As a student myself, I know that having someone to go to to answer your questions one on one can be extremely valuable, so I try to be that person for other students. I most enjoy teaching ESL and LSAT. I like ESL because it allows me to help people who were in a similar situation as I was for a time. I spent two years living in Mexico and therefore had to rely heavily on native speakers helping me with my Spanish. I therefore know how helpful being able to talk with native speakers is. I like teaching LSAT because I enjoy the games and logical reasoning sections and think they are fun to do. Outside of teaching, I love to run and read, and enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife as we hike, camp, and paddle board.
Undergraduate Degree: Brigham Young University-Provo - Bachelor in Arts, International Relations
I love to run, especially marathons and half marathons. I enjoy reading and am always open to book suggestions. My wife and I love to be in the outdoors as well. We like to camp, hike, and spend time paddle boarding at the lake.
