I am an economics research assistant at Virginia Commonwealth University specializing in economic inequality and financial regulations. Prior to this, I was a TA for microeconomics, an investment analyst, and part of the Chinese Economic Unit at the US Department of State. I'm looking forward to helping students and professional learners strengthen their skills in economics, statistics, statistical coding, and algebra! For statistics specifically, I also have a background in R, Stata, SAS, and SPSS.
In high school, I was never good at math or sciences. So I understand what it's like to need some extra help. I think there's no better way to learn a subject than learning from someone who also struggled! When learning from me, you can expect not only quality tutoring, but also a safe space to make mistakes!
