I am currently a sophomore going to the University of Washington majoring in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics. The subjects which I tutor and am most passionate about are Math from Algebra up to Calculus and also Computer Science mostly in Java and Python. I have experience with standardized tests such as the AP Calculus tests, SAT, and AP Computer Science. I have years of tutoring and teaching experience from high school where I founded a math program to teach students of various ages about the applications of math in real life and support them with their own classes. I also have experience teaching SAT Math and AP Computer Science A lessons at my high school. My teaching philosophy is that all students learn in their own unique way and its our job to be able to help find out what way students learn best and ensure that they are always engaged. I also believe that to help make the content more easier to understand and get a deeper meaning with concepts. Often what I've seen with students is they develop a surface level understanding and my goal is to provide a more deeper understanding. I am extremely passionate in helping students reach their full potential and achieve success with these difficult subjects. I look forward to seeing you in the classroom soon!
