My role is to improve students' knowledge and skills so that they can be successful in their chosen careers. To do so, I may encourage, challenge, and assist them as needed to reach their goals. I have high expectations, but I am patient, relaxed, and fair as well. My expertise is in Microsoft office products and especially excel.
