I am a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy. Currently, I am also working on a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education and Elementary Education from Western Governors University, which I am on track to complete in the spring of 2022. In my professional career, I worked for eight years in a large school system based right outside of Atlanta, Georgia as a music therapist. Additionally, I co-owned a small private practiced which served clients with special needs in a one-on-one environment as well as providing piano lessons for students of all ages and abilities. While I tutor a broad variety of subjects, I am most passionate about teaching Elementary education subjects and piano, ukulele, or guitar lessons. I am a believer in the arts providing students with a well rounded work ethic in addition to a creative outlet for self-expression. Working with students is my passion, which is why I have chosen to return to complete a secondary teaching degree.
