I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology, Biochemistry. In undergrad, I was a lead chemistry tutor at the Academic Enhancement Center, where I tutored for three semesters and two summer sessions. This year, I am a post-baccalaureate research fellow at the NIH; our lab focuses on elucidating the metabolic irregularities exhibited my Mycobacterium tuberculosis, the causative agent of TB. My favorite subjects to tutor are Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, and any course that focuses on the molecular aspect of life sciences. During tutoring sessions, I focus primarily on example-driven learning and ensure that students understand concepts through the application of fundamental principles that are covered within their courses.
In my spare time, I love reading, exercising, and playing with my younger siblings.
