This coming May I am graduating from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Child and Adolescent Mental Health. I have also done extensive science courses since I was on the pre-health track. During my time at New York University, I worked for three years at New York City public schools as a student-teacher. My role was to help children reach their full potential in multiple subjects. While I have tutored in most subjects, I am most passionate about Spanish and Math. I am a native Spanish speaker since I was born in Chile. I believe that anyone is capable of learning a second language, no matter their age. I am a strong advocate of the importance of education and try to impart this to my students. Learning should be interactive and entertaining.
