This February, I graduated from Middlebury College with a degree in International and Global Studies with a focus in Latin America. During my college experience, I studied abroad for two semesters (in Cuba and Argentina), and took classes on a variety of subjects including history, political science, literature, and linguistics. I've worked with high school aged students in the past through my role as a supervisor with an immersion program in the Dominican Republic, during which time I supported students in language learning, project organization, and coordinated health and safety procedures.
I tutor in a variety of subjects, but I am most passionate about Spanish and reading/literature (be it for test prep or class assignments). I truly love the Spanish language (both in an academic context and in my daily life), and am excited to be able to share that passion with students. Similarly, I enjoy helping students with reading and literature because I've always loved these subjects, and enjoy helping others to get the most they can from them.
