I am a graduate from Millikin University, where I received my Bachelor of Science in Accounting. I am also enrolled to start earning my Master of Science in Forensic Accounting at SUNY Albany in the fall of this year. I started tutoring accounting classes my freshman year at Millikin, and I've found that helping students learn and understand the material is a really rewarding experience. Accounting is a subject that I know isn't easy, and seeing a student get excited when things start to click for them is the best part about tutoring for it. When it comes down to helping students learn, I try to adjust my teaching to what works best for them. The most important thing to me is effort, but I try to make it fun too. Outside of accounting, I enjoy spending time sketching, painting, playing music, and reading.
