I graduated from Colorado School of Mines with a degree in physics engineering. A big reason I chose this major is because I really enjoyed the introductory physics class (AP physics equivalent.) Unlike any other class I took, this course allowed me to problem solve and utilize my attention to detail. Prior to choosing a major though, I first decided to try being a physics 100 teaching assistant. Teaching ended up being my most happy time in college due to a combination of my classes being very stressful and having such a great time helping other students. Now that I've graduated, I'd like to continue helping other students, especially those who hated school as much as I did.
