I am a 2015 graduate of Rice University, where I majored in Chemical Engineering and graduated cum laude (with Latin honors). While at Rice, I led my residential college's honor organization of volunteer tutors and served as a Teaching Assistant for two chemical engineering courses. In the years since, I worked for ExxonMobil as a process engineer until last fall. There, similar to my time at Rice, I closely mentored engineers - in south Texas and in northern Italy - a to learn best practices for the design of new manufacturing equipment. Tutoring underclassmen at Rice and helping engineers of different backgrounds learn ExxonMobil design practices have been some of the most fulfilling experiences I've had. I'm eager to help students navigate their coursework (Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Engineering) or prepare for the standardized tests I've taken and excelled at! I understand from experience how an engaged mentor or tutor can drastically change how well I do at school or work. My goal is to guide this kind of improvement for each of my clients. In my spare time, I enjoy quality time with my extended family, hosting Zoom parties, playing videogames with friends, biking around the city, and traveling the world (in better times).
