I have a Bachelors of Science in biochemistry from the University of Washington. The subjects I am familiar with tutoring range from biology, math and chemistry, to chess, guitar and Music Theory. I have taught math SATs, AP Bio and AP Chem test prep as well. My philosophy is to strengthen a student's foundational knowledge through repetition and to develop their conceptual knowledge by explaining underlying trends and laws. I have experience teaching both children and adults and enjoy teaching both.
