I received my undergraduate education at Pomona College in Southern California and went on to earn a Masters Degree in Education from Claremont Graduate University and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from USC.
I have 13 years of experience in K-12 education, seven as a middle school and high school Spanish teacher and six as a school administrator at a high school in Los Angeles. I have three years prior experience with private tutoring. I am passionate about helping all students succeed, and I firmly believe that all students can reach their academic goals with the right support and determination.
I have experience tutoring in a wide range of subject areas, and enjoy working with students of all ages and skill levels. When my students experience success in their academics, it gives me a sense of pride.
In my free time, I enjoy being outside in my hometown of Tucson, Arizona. I like hiking, cycling, photography, cooking, painting, reading, and traveling the world. I have visited 21 countries and hope that I can see a few more in 2021!
