I am a undergraduate student at Hofstra University. Since my high school years, I have tutored my peers, as well as offered help in subjects they were struggling with. Some of my favorite subjects to teach were History and English. I always loved seeing my fellow peers or students grasp concepts they were once having a hard time with. That "aha!" moment when they've finally formed their thesis or aced an exam would make me exceedingly happy. Not solely for their own success, but seeing how their hard work and persistence paid off. It never ceases to make me proud.
A passion of mine is helping students receive the best education possible and watching them chase their dreams. Education is something everyone should have access to. It enables them to have an independent mind and assurance they can afford whatever they want in life. If I can be a small part of that process, I would love to give my best in doing so.
