I am a current undergraduate student at Carnegie Mellon University, planning to study chemical engineering. I tutor in high school level science, math, and art. I have been tutoring on this platform for around a year. In high school, I also tutored some of my peers in high school math and physics. I am also working to become a TA for physics at my university.
I try to approach students as a peer rather than a teacher. I understand how frustrating it is to struggle in certain classes and so I believe that it is important to commend effort and encourage tenacity. Every student deserves an opportunity to succeed and it is my job as a tutor to provide that!
