While studying at Texas State University, I often tutored my peers in English. After graduating with a degree in Multimedia Journalism, I worked at a small newspaper, honing my writing and editing skills. Last year, I moved to Brittany, France where I taught English as a second language to high school students. Aside from English, I am also passionate about art and am currently working to transition from journalism to animation. Journalism gave me additional experience in Adobe programs, allowing me to gain experience drawing, designing and editing with Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Premier Pro and more. I am a firm believer that one can do anything they put their minds to. Failing is only the first step towards success. Outside of work, I love doing pilates, hiking in nature, or watching videos of cute dogs.
