I am a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelor's of Science in Animal Science. Since graduation, I have moved to Fort Collins, Colorado and am currently pursuing a Master's in Public Health and a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University. In the past, I have worked as a camp counselor at science camps for elementary and middle schoolers. Additionally, I served as an undergraduate teaching assistant for Microbiology while I was an undergraduate student. I have a passion for science and math and love to share that with students. While science-based subjects can seem daunting, I believe that these subjects can be related back to simple, real world experiences so that every student can have mastery over these subjects. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dog, hiking, and baking.
