With regards to Spanish, speaking two languages has enriched my personal and professional lives! I am a dual American-Dominican citizen who lives part time in both countries. I have taught approximately 500 college credits of college Spanish, and served as an interpreter and translator as well. I am a certified AAPPL rater. I am a medical Spanish textbook author, and enjoy helping students to overcome second-language anxiety to be able to ignite the natural process of language acquisition.
With regards to psychology, I have taught 90 college credits of PSY101 and am a licensed clinical social worker who worked as part of a multidisciplinary team in a psychiatric hospital, a forensic hospital, and a medical hospital over a period of thirty years.
