I am a professionally trained, state-certified educator who has proudly served as an elementary school teacher (Pre-K-5th). I have also expertly tutored numerous middle school, high school and college students. Simply put, I love learning and enjoy helping others learn! I am especially passionate about tutoring: Elementary Reading, Middle and High School Writing and College Level Spanish 1 & 2.
In tutoring students across all ages (Pre-K thru adult), I have found one exciting truth: that all students can learn well and achieve success if they have confidence in their abilities, and have the right learning tools/strategies to understand content and practically apply it in their life. Since confidence is key to learning success, my tutoring sessions are intentionally designed to help students leverage their unique learning style and strengths to create successful outcomes. In this way, learning is as it should be: engaging, exciting and transformative!
