I have a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from the University of Minnesota, Morris, and a MS in Chemistry specialized in inorganic chemistry, organic synthesis, and electrochemistry from the University of Delaware. My research revolved around the chemical synthesis of catalysts applicable to hydrogen fuel cells and photodynamic cancer therapy. I have 5 years of teaching experience: during my undergraduate studies, I served as a tutor in general chemistry, organic chemistry, and biochemistry. Additionally, during my graduate studies, I have taught undergraduate labs in general chemistry, organic chemistry, and biochemistry. Moreover, I served as a teachers assistant in all of the above subjects in addition to inorganic chemistry. My teaching experiences have been among my favorites during my education, and I hope to continue to help students surpass memorization to more fully understand chemical concepts and achieve academic success.
