I am an undergraduate student at Georgetown University in Washington DC. I am studying in the Walsh School of Foreign Service toward a Bachelors of Science in Foreign Service, a major in Culture and Politics, and a minor *in Spanish and* Cognitive Science. I have excelled in a variety of mentorship and tutoring roles throughout my time in high school and university, many of which have focused on supporting the mental and emotional health of younger individuals. My favorite subjects to tutor are Spanish, Writing/English, Neuroscience/Psychology, and anything music related! My favorite standardized test subjects to tutor are ACT English and Critical Reading and Writing sections. I am a passionate advocate of mental, physical, and emotional health, and I recognize that asking for help and receiving tutoring can be very challenging for students. I want to encourage confidence and strength within students to focus on their achievements, rather than their limits or hindrances. I also want to make tutor sessions worthwhile and fun! That may sound cheesy, but connecting with people, even if virtually, is something I genuinely enjoy doing.
