I received my Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Anatomy and Physiology from Cal Poly, SLO. Currently, I am an M.D candidate at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. I have always loved teaching and tutoring and have over 8 years of experience in private tutoring. Throughout medical school, I was selected as a teaching assistant for courses such as Pathology, Physiology, Cell and Molecular Biology, and Anatomy due to my academic success in these courses. Although, I have experience tutoring in a wide variety of subjects, presently I am most passionate about tutoring for standardized exams, the USMLE Step exams and NBME shelf exams. I have helped several students become better-standardized test-takers providing them with the tools and skills needed to master courses as well as test-taking skills.
