As a recent high school graduate, I fully understand the pressure and stress of success in our modern education system. I have tutored classmates throughout high school through our National Honor Society, helping them prep for high school exams. With the current COVID-19 pandemic, I believe our education is at risk of returning to basic memory rather than true understanding and application of true knowledge. Rather than focusing on grades, my teaching and learning philosophy involves using education as a tool to view the world in new ways. I may be a chemical engineering major at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, but I have a passion for all subjects, ranging from physics to philosophy, and love the unexpected integration between all subjects. I especially enjoy teaching math and science. I hope to share this same passion with everyone--students, peers, and teachers. My other interests include volleyball, tennis, and music.
