I am a graduate of the University of Kansas and the University of Colorado/Denver. I received my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Computer Science. I have also received a Master of Science in Finance. In addition, I have received the CFA or Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Most of my career has been in the investment industry and I have had jobs as an Investment Analyst and Portfolio Manager. I am a course supervisor for Criminon, where I grade self-help correspondence courses for prison inmates. None of my students know my last name and don't know where I live since all of the course work is done through the mail and delivered to a post office box. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about Math and History. I believe learning should be fun and interesting and I try to make these subjects applicable to real life situations, as well as, helping students further their education so they can achieve their goals. In my spare time, I enjoy reading science fiction and hiking with my wife and two dogs.
