I'm currently a sophomore at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. I'm a premed student with a double major in biology and math. I have a lot of experience tutoring elementary subjects such as algebra and geometry, and I feel I can be very useful for standardized testing as well. My strengths lie mostly in STEM areas, but I learned a few strategies that helped me greatly for reading portions of standardized tests as well. Regarding standardized tests in particular, I believe learning the best test-taking strategies leads to a big jump in results and practice makes perfect after that. Education is undeniably important, and I'm happy to advance and improve education for everyone.

Hobbies

I swam and played water polo in high school and continue to do both at the club level in college. I also enjoy playing pick up sports with my friends, including tennis, basketball, and football. My academic interests are focused on math and biology, but there are few subjects that I find uninteresting. I've played the piano since I was a kid, and I recently began learning guitar while in quarantine.
