I am a junior at Brown University double majoring in Economics and Environmental Studies with a focus on conservation science and policy. At Brown, I am a freshman peer advisor and an undergraduate leader in the Environmental Science/Studies department. Outside of Brown, I taught sailing fundamentals and environmental education at a sailing camp for five years. I also volunteered as an ESL tutor to a fourth grader during this quarantine. While I am happy to tutor many subjects, the ones that I am most passionate about are Economics, Hard Sciences, Test and College Prep, and Russian. As a teacher, I work hard to foster a culture of mutual respect with all of my students, and encourage them to step outside of their comfort zones. I am also a huge proponent of learning how to plan and manage your time, particularly in regards to standardized test preparation.
