I am a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive/Computational Neuroscience and a minor in History. After time off school to work, I intend to attend law school.
I started tutoring when I was in the sixth grade, and since then I have worked as a teaching assistant in a university class and in various library roles, including most recently as a Teen Services Specialist at the Columbus Metropolitan Library. I am passionate about helping students relax under the pressure of exams, find confidence in their skills (and learn new ones!), and unlock their potential in pursuit of their goals, whatever those goals might be.
When I'm not tutoring, I work in neuroscience research and for a literary magazine. I am a published poet and essayist, a ballet dancer, an avid reader, and a novice gardener.
