I am a magna cum laude college graduate. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Speech Communications and also a Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction /Early Childhood. Moreover, I have doctoral credit hours in Educational Leadership. Since graduation, I have traveled extensively doing humanitarian outreach such as volunteering with "Big Brothers, Big Sisters of America", visiting orphanages, and rebuilding damaged schools. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about English Grammar, Literature, Phonics, Spelling Bees (2-time Champ!), and History. In my experience, I worked as a licensed teacher preparing struggling students for Standardized Tests and witnessed soaring academic heights with commendable test performance amongst them. I am a firm advocate for education, believing it to be more precious than gold, and I aim to bestow this appreciation to all of my students. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing books (authored 7 so far), filmmaking, editing, acting, and rollercoasters (the BIG ones!).
