As a former educator, I strive to continue growing in my expertise and utilizing my skills through tutoring. I taught for two years in a Title 1 school, with fourth and sixth graders, and taught one year in a private school with 16 fourth graders. I have frequently tutored in Reading and Mathematics, and am familiar with all K-12 Subjects. However, my favorite subject is math! It's fun solving equations and understanding why they work! I want to help students succeed by helping students learn and grow into who they want to be through increasing their knowledge. I received my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from University of Northwestern St. Paul, and have a Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Outside of education, I love to read, hike, and enjoy playing and listening to music. I'm looking forward to talking with you!
