I received my undergraduate degree from Rice University in History and Spanish. Subsequently, I had a career in IT with 18 years in project management. I obtained my PMP certification. I am currently a graduate student pursuing a Master of Architecture.
In addition, I have taught ESL in person to adults and via the internet to children at two different organizations.
I am passionate about other cultures and travel, which explains my interest in Spanish. In college, I spent a semester in Spain. As an adult, I continued taking Spanish conversation classes to maintain my language skills. As an ESL teacher, I have met people from many different countries. I enjoy learning about their cultures as I teach them English.
I look forward to using my knowledge of project management, ESL and Spanish to help students of any age reach their educational goals.
