My experience spans more than 35 years working in the business industry with 19 years of particular emphasis in standing up Enterprise Program Management Offices (EPMO), Integration Management Offices (IMO), Strategic Business Planning, M&A Integration, Information Technology (IT), Project Management Consulting, Mentoring and Coaching. I also have a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified SAFe 4 Agilist and Six Sigma Green Belt. I hold a Ph.D. in Business Organization and Management with a specialization in Leadership from Capella University.

Dr. Rodriguez is well connected with associations such as the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Colorado Technology Association. His strong work ethic reaches beyond the corporate setting by serving as Past-President and Chairman of the Board for PMI Mile Hi Chapter, Adjunct Professor for Colorado Technical University and currently, Adjunct Professor for Bellevue University .
