I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of Texas. While at UT, I was a member of the swim team which I represented at the conference, NCAA, and Olympic Trial competitions. I am currently applying to medical school in hopes of a Fall 2020 matriculation.
When I tutor, I do my best to help my student break down the subject into its smallest constituent parts, and then work our way back up to the broader topic the student needs help with. I find that this method of analysis minimizes errors. I enjoy tutoring biology, biochemistry, physics, organic chemistry, and especially moral and ethical reasoning.
My lifestyle has been strongly influenced by my identity as an athlete and my interests in science. The marriage of these interests often leads me outdoors where trail running or hiking allows for exertion while experiencing the beauty of nature.
