I have been working with people ages 2 to 80 for five years now. I am familiar with how to speak to individuals of different ages, gender, and culture. When I communicate to an individual, I try to be as clear, thorough and observant as possible. I give all my attention and make them feel like they can be honest with me, even with personal information. I am a team player. I do things for the best interest of everyone not just for myself. In my Genetics class after the first test, I brought a 97, and a friend of mine brought a 56. I went up to him and offered my help to improve his grade on the next test. I spent hours with him explaining and tutoring him until the day of the test where he brought a 92. Seeing his joy made me happy cause if you are selfish and only do things for yourself then when you need help on something no one is willing to help. If you are kind to others, then in time of need they will be kind to you as well. This is a trait I learned my Sophomore year at the University of Dallas. I am genially a happy guy who loves to laugh and have a good time. I will study when I have to but also know how to have a good time and enjoy life. We only get one life, so I've learned to think things positively and if it does not work out then adjust little things to make improvements. I was not always the best kid with the right mindset in life.
