I am an avid people-person and love to help others. My goal for the future is to become a clinical psychologist for struggling children and adolescents. I have a strong passion for learning and self-improvement. My mission is to help others be the best person they can be in life. With that being said, my goal as a tutor is to help and motivate others to learn. I want to help aspiring individuals succeed in academics and have the qualifications to do so. I graduated high school from El Camino Charter High School in June 2017. Since then I have received an Associates of Arts in the Social and Behavioral Sciences from Los Angeles Pierce College. I am set-up to transfer to University California Los Angeles in Fall 2019... And I am only eighteen! I have always been an overachiever, which allowed me to graduate high school a year earlier than my peers. I received my associates degree in just one year of attending college! Some of the subjects I am passionate about are English: specifically writing, composition, and literature, Mathematics: Algebra 1, 2, and Statistics 1, Biology: with a focus in DNA, Genetics, and General Biology, and Psychology: with a focus in neuroscience, mental disorders, society, stress, anxiety, and cognition. I have taken rigorous honors courses and received A's in all of the aforementioned subjects. My goal is to work with children, adolescents, and young adults. I hope to help people learn and be the best people they can be. As people say, "Together we achieve more."
