I received a Bachelor of Science in both Computer Science and Mathematics from Colorado Mesa University. I have worked as a tutor both as a student and after graduating. While I can teach a myriad of subjects, I am most passionate about mathematics. As for teaching style, I believe the most effective approach is to teach the student how to figure out problems on their own. Every subject possesses its own form of hidden wonder and beauty. Learning becomes both more effective and more fun when students start discovering the hidden mysteries within a subject. In my spare time, I like to read, go on walks, do some mathematics as a hobby (I find mathematics to be a wonderful tool to understand things in the world around me), and play video games.
