I am a junior at Miami University working toward my B.S. in Statistics with a minor in Rhetoric/Writing. I am passionate about tutoring because it allows me to share my interests in the areas of math, statistics, and writing. I tutor students in a broad range of subjects from algebra to calculus to statistics and writing. I believe that it is important to be patient, persistent, and consistent when learning a new subject. Furthermore, practice is key to developing a strong foundation upon which to build a higher level of understanding. Outside of academia, I enjoy volunteering, weightlifting, reading, writing, being outside, and spending time around others. I am an active member of Alpha Phi Omega, a national service fraternity, and devote much of my free time to community service.
