I'm a MiraCosta College Graduate in the state of California. I volunteered at the MiraCosta Community Learning Center during my first semester. I have completed twenty-seven hours of community service. Community service inspires me and helps my writing and reading in my English classes. It motivates me to become a better person by interacting with adults and kids and having social skills. In addition, it helps me internally grow as a visual artist and creative thinker. Therefore, the community service experience affects my education objectives and encourages me to understand more about myself and the community. I have work experience teaching ELD students how to write their English essays at the Fallbrook Union High school. I tutored students in a variety of subjects including History, Mathematics, and English. I supported students with their frustrations about homework and school which made me appreciate having a powerful mindset and outlook on life. It helped me understand the greatness of ethics and being tolerable in a community of different perspectives and motives.
