I really started tutoring in graduate school as part of the program. For a few hours every week, I sat in an overcrowded room and answered mainly undergraduate physics questions. I enjoyed making sure each step of the solution was reasonable and obvious, and figuring out where the misunderstanding was. I later found myself doing the same kind of work at a community college, but now for a variety of subjects including math up to calculus, English and accounting. I don't feel strongly about any single subject, I just like to understand answers and especially questions.
