I have always admired teachers and their ability to work with 20-30 students! I knew, however, that some students would slip through the cracks simply because no teacher has 30 hours a day to work with each individual child.
I do teach small groups of children and adults how to do many things, like crafts, music, and other skills. I am a qualified Trainer (originally taught in the Girl Scouts), so I know how to determine how an audience or individual needs to learn: visually, aurally, or kinesthetically. In addition, I have the freedom to go beyond simple classroom practices to make learning truly fun by using art, music, dance, and games to make a anything more understandable.
My best subject is English in all its myriad forms: reading, writing, comprehension, and grammar. My grandmother was an English and Latin teacher at the high school level, and a "B" in English was simply unacceptable in our home!!
The best statement I can make is that I know how to help anyone, child or adult, bring out what they already know, as well as teaching them what they need to know!
