As an effective leader of 21st century innovation, it is essential to teach students abilities in leading, planning, facilitating, organization and being prepared for a variety of workforce challenges. It is important to identify key patterns that are essential for technological educational development. My approach on effective technological teaching is to apply technology with a new-age approach to learning and keeping my students interested and motivated to academically succeed. This has been achieved through the utilization of Apple learning applications, Microsoft 360 workshop, research based projects, hands on learning activities, real world learning exercises, mentorships, internships, guest speaker presentations and more. College coursework for students who progress more quickly is an excellent idea to foster such growth. The enthusiasm of the students will certainly be a priority. Another important attribute of preparing my students for the future is to create a culture of open communication. It is very important for students to collaborate and work among one another toward the completion of clear set objectives. Furthermore, I have a proven track record and have had success when establishing a focus on learning, acting strategically and sharing leadership in a collaborative effort. Ultimately, my master plan is to create an environment that encourages all students to have ownership toward their personal success and that of the class and school. I strongly believe that 21st century education should be to educate successful leaders in our challenging communities and prepare them for careers in technology and business. I will implement a multitude of strategies to effectively lead our students toward success. Suitable management techniques such as implementing lesson planning with clear objectives, focused alignment, and practical follow though can help advert problems before they become unmanageable. Working closely with my students to succeed personally, academically and in character development is of greatest importance.
