35+ years ago I began my journey with languages. My husband and I worked in Spain for 10+ years
and Spanish became a part of me. My B.A. is in Education and I have used it to teach and guide students
in acquiring Spanish and English as a second language. I absolutely love helping others progress in
language ability and communication! The smile on a student's face when he/she has a breakthrough in
understanding and usage is the highlight of my day. Learning is fun and teaching learners is a
privilege and strength of mine. I take my tutoring role seriously and want my students to go away
from our class feeling encouraged and empowered with the subject at hand. Besides teaching I love
gardening and spending time with my family.
