I'm a recent graduate of Stanford University, with a B.S. in Earth Systems Science and a focus in Oceans and Climate. When I'm not contemplating the weather (looking at clouds), you can find me on my sailboat, Le Roy, where I live for the summers.
I first started tutoring in high school by helping my friends study for classes. My senior year, I realized there was a lot of demand for SAT and ACT tutoring, and I found i enjoyed working one and one with people and helping previously frustrating subjects click.
I love teaching and learning. Adventure and experience are two creeds I've built into my own education, and I look to do the same while tutoring. Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, instill in him a love for fish and you've got a marine biologist. The same goes for math, probably.
