"To effectively learn and communicate in didactic forms requires a network of interweaving commonalities of inquisition with philosophies of learning styles, hands-on experiences and professional development. Whether it be in a classroom or in other collaborative events, meetings, or group projects, critical thinking can be developed and encouraged for future extrapolation of information instead of regurgitation."
This is the basis for my teaching philosophy. I feel it to be crucial for a student to learn in the best way possible, regardless of the environment and learn to retain not learn to memorize and forget.
I have been tutoring/teaching for upwards of 7 years now, with emphasis in Biology and Mathematics. I have worked with students of all ages and have no problem working with children, college students, and adults.
