I am an upcoming sophomore at UCLA majoring in Molecular Cell and Developmental Biology and hopefully soon adding a minor in Biomedical Research. I hope to obtain a Bachelor of Sciences degree in the year 2020.

I've always loved tutoring of all ages, from elementary school to high school to even my undergraduate peers and have tutored my peers for as long as I can remember. I strongly believe tutoring is mutually beneficial to both student and tutor! For me, it's incredibly rewarding seeing students learn, as I myself am constantly reviewing and reinforcing the subject material for both the student and myself. My best approach is to show students how the subject material they learn may be applicable to their lives in the future and to approach the subject matter in a very visual and conceptual manner to make sure that students actually learn, rather than memorize: to understand "why" instead of just "how". Though I can teach a broad range of subjects, including SAT test prep, I am most passionate about biology and mathematics.

I'd describe my personality as silly, bubbly, positive, but also very ambitious and driven. I love listening to new music, playing instruments, going on food adventures, and binge-watching shows on Netflix! I look forward to working with you all!
