Currently I am a student at the University of Colorado Boulder and am working towards getting my bachelor’s degree in physics. As a physics student, I have been exposed to various science courses that require a heavy usage of math, which is why I tutor physics as well as several math courses ranging from basic math and pre-algebra all the way up to calculus 3. My favorite subjects to tutor are electrodynamics and calculus 3, due to the reason in which both subjects compliment in each other. These classes have also helped me personally in lab courses when designing electrical circuits. My tutoring style consists of me guiding the student through subjects instead of merely lecturing about the subject. By allowing a student to work through a problem and use me as support to help ease the learning process, I can help a student learn a subject more efficiently and effectively by clearing up anything the student might be missing or if a student is completely stuck I can help put them in the right direction and teach the student in a way that is easy for the student to understand.
Outside of academia I enjoy mountain biking, snowboarding, playing video games, traveling to new places, going to concerts, or playing basketball with a group of friends.
