I am a fun loving, outgoing, and sociable person. I love kids and have always been enthusiastic about building their educational and social skills. I first realized I wanted to be a teacher/tutoring when I was a teacher’s aide. I discovered that I had a passion for teaching.
I truly believe that each individual student is entitled to a productive and safe learning environment. One of my goals is to motivate students in determining their inner strengths, abilities, and activities/interest that would inspire them to learn. I aim to provide a positive learning environment that enables students to build confidence and encourage them to reach their full academic potential. I have always enjoyed helping students learn and take the responsibilities of an educator very seriously and work hard every day to accomplish the goals needed for the students to become successful.
I have a degree in Bachelor of Science in Education. My major is Middle Childhood with concentrations in Social Studies, and Language Arts - Reading Endorsement. I believe students deserve the very best education. I am confident that my education and subbing experiences will contribute to the quality of education your school provides.
Along with my skills, I will bring a creative and a positive energy to the tutoring session. I have the ability to be flexible when necessary to meet the individual needs of the students along with creating strategies that allow students to think outside the box. With an unlimited amount of enthusiasm, commitment, and drive, I am confident that I will help students overcome any academic challenges they may face.
